1. Shipping Coverage
We only ship orders to addresses located within the United States. We do not deliver to any international regions, overseas territories or foreign countries.

2. Order Processing Time
All confirmed paid orders will be prepared and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or official US public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) on business days will ship the same day. Orders after this time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Origin
All goods are shipped directly from our official business address: 8256 NW 14TH STREET, MIAMI, FL 33126, United States.

5. Delivery Time
Standard domestic shipping normally takes 5 to 9 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may be slightly extended due to bad weather, remote areas or logistics peak periods.

6. Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping on all orders of $25.00 or more
• Standard Shipping Fee: $3.99 for orders under $25.00

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout according to your delivery address and total order weight. All relevant fees are clearly stated with no hidden charges.

7. Shipping Method
We will utilize various shipping methods to ensure the smooth delivery of products to you, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

8. Shipment Notification
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email notification including tracking information. You can track your delivery status online in real time.

9. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If the package cannot be delivered successfully due to incorrect address, unreachable contact information or customer refusal to receive, the resulting logistics cost and related losses shall be borne by the buyer.

10. Policy Update
We reserve the right to adjust this shipping policy properly. Any updated clauses will be posted on our website, and take effect uniformly from May 2026. Your continued use of our website services means you accept the latest shipping rules.
