All opened, consumed or partially used food items are not eligible for return or refund.
Products that have expired or are past the best before date after customer receipt cannot be returned or refunded.
We do not accept returns due to personal taste preference, dislike of flavor or subjective dissatisfaction.
2. Eligible After-Sales Situations
We only accept refund requests under the following valid conditions:Goods are damaged, deformed, deteriorated, leaked or severely crushed during transportation when you receive the parcel.
3. Required Proof Materials
To apply for valid compensation or refund, you must provide complete evidence within 48 hours after receiving goods:
Clear photo or video of the complete shipping label
Detailed pictures or videos showing damaged, deteriorated or defective food products
We cannot approve any refund application without complete valid proof.
4. Return & Refund Process
Contact our customer service via official email and submit all required evidence materials
Our team will review your application and confirm the result within working days
Once approved, we will arrange the corresponding refund procedure
5. Refund Arrangement
All approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment account.Please note that it generally takes 7 to 10 business days for the funds to arrive in your account, depending on the processing speed of different payment platforms.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Please check your packages in time after delivery. Any overdue application without reasonable cause will not be accepted. Customers shall bear all costs and risks caused by wrong delivery address, missed pickup or delayed parcel collection.
7. Policy Revision
We reserve the right to update this return and refund policy. All revised terms will be displayed on the website and take effect from May 2026. Continued shopping on our website means you agree to the latest policy rules.
