Food Safety Policy

This Food Storage & Safety Policy applies exclusively to all dried fruit snacks sold on tralesem.com. Our website only offers dried fruit products, and this policy is formulated to ensure the quality, safety and edible experience of our products, in compliance with U.S. FDA food safety regulations and relevant industry standards.

1. Product Quality & Freshness Guarantee
All our dried fruit snacks are carefully produced from quality fruits selected for their flavor and freshness. Through controlled drying and processing methods, we help preserve the natural taste, texture, and nutritional value of the fruit while ensuring product quality and shelf stability.
Before being packaged and distributed, every batch undergoes quality control inspections to help ensure compliance with food safety standards and to verify that products are free from contamination, spoilage, damage, or other quality issues.


2. Storage Instructions (Upon Receipt)
To maintain the taste, nutritional value and shelf life of dried fruit snacks, please follow the storage guidelines below after receiving your order:
Unopened Products: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, high temperature, humidity and odorous items. Avoid storing in places with extreme temperature changes (such as near stoves, refrigerators, windowsills).
Opened Products: Once the package is opened, please seal it tightly immediately after each use (using the original packaging seal or a sealed container) to prevent moisture absorption, oxidation, mold growth and contamination. Opened products are recommended to be consumed within 7-10 days to ensure the best taste and freshness.
Refrigeration (Optional): For longer storage, opened dried fruit snacks can be stored in a refrigerator (at 3-8℃). Do not freeze the products, as freezing may damage the texture and taste of the dried fruits.

3. Edible Safety Guidelines
Inspection Before Consumption: Before opening and eating, please check the product packaging for damage, leakage, swelling or signs of mold. If the packaging is damaged or the product has an unusual odor, color or texture, do not consume it.
Proper Consumption: This product is for human consumption only. Please eat it directly as a snack; do not use it for other non-edible purposes.
Special Groups Reminder: Infants, young children, pregnant women, the elderly and people with weak digestive systems are advised to eat in moderation and under the supervision of guardians.
Allergy Risk: Please refer to our Allergen Warning for information on potential allergen cross-contamination risks. If you have food allergies, please confirm whether the product is suitable for you before consumption.

4. Shelf Life & Expiry Reminder
The shelf life of our dried fruit snacks is clearly marked on the product packaging (calculated from the production date). Please consume the product within the shelf life.
The shelf life is valid only if the product is stored in accordance with the storage instructions provided in this policy. Improper storage may lead to premature deterioration of the product.
Products that are expired, moldy, deteriorated or have an unusual taste are strictly prohibited from being consumed. Expired products are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Post-Receipt Damage & Spoilage Handling
If you receive dried fruit snacks that are damaged, spoiled, moldy or have quality problems (excluding damage caused by improper storage after receipt), please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To process your request, you must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged/spoiled product and the complete shipping label (as required in our Return & Refund Policy).
We will review your request and arrange corresponding handling (refund or replacement) after confirming the problem is caused by production or transportation.

6. Liability Statement
We are not liable for any food safety problems, physical discomfort or health risks caused by improper storage, improper consumption, ignoring the storage guidelines, or consuming expired products.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions caused by personal physical conditions (such as food intolerance, allergies) that are not related to product quality.

7. Policy Update
We reserve the right to adjust this Food Storage & Safety Policy according to changes in production technology, product characteristics or FDA regulations. The updated policy will be posted on our website, and the effective date will remain May 2026. Your continued purchase and use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
